1. Services Description

propertydealway provides real estate transaction services including property listing, consultation, and facilitation of purchase and sale agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal information and comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Refunds for service fees paid to propertydealway will be considered only if the service is not delivered as agreed upon in the contract. Users must submit a written refund request through our contact form within 7 calendar days of service commencement. In cases where refunds are approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that some consultation services, once delivered, are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. This will be clearly stated prior to service initiation.

3.2 Informational Products

Our informational products are digital and access to them is immediate after purchase. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are generally not provided after access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or did not receive the product, contact us via the contact form and we will address the problem promptly.

3.3 Physical Goods

For any physical goods connected with our services, customers may request a refund or replacement within 14 calendar days of receipt if the product is defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns due to customer preference are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 Service Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us via the contact form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur any fees. Failure to notify timely may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.

propertydealway is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
